Announcement on e-invoicing
Dear Valued Customers,
In response to the implementation of the e-Invoicing by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN), Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad is committed to complying with all established requirements and guidelines by LHDN.
With effective from July 1, 2025, the Bank will issue e-invoices to our customers upon request and issuance of e-invoices are accordance to "statement of account" cycle.
If you require e-invoice, kindly visit our nearest branches to provide us the following information:-

Note : Please note under Section 82C (11) of the Income Tax Act 1967, any personal data processed for e-Invoice issued or transmitted to the Director General of IRBM/LHDN will not be subject to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709).
