Announcement on Revision of Lost/Stolen Card Replacement Fee

Dear Value Customers,

We are hereby given that 21 calendar days’ notice on the revision of Lost/ Stolen card replacement fee. The new fee will be effective from 22^nd September 2026 onwards as follow :

·  Mastercard Generic Debit Card – RM9.20

·  Mastercard Wealth Management Debit Card – RM10.80

·  UnionPay/MyDebit Generic Debit Card – RM9.90

·  UnionPay/MyDebit Wealth Management Debit Card – RM12.00

Newly revised Debit Card Product Disclosure Sheet (PDS) is available at any Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad’s branches nationwide, you may request a copy for your reference.
