• New purchase or refinancing of residential property

• A copy of NRIC
• Latest 3 months pay slip / Income Tax Assessment
• Latest EPF statement of account / bank statement of salary crediting account
• Proof of Purchase / Sales and Purchase Agreement
• For self-employed applicants, please provide business registration/ Form 24 & 49, latest 6 months bank statement and latest financial statement.
