Introduction of Debit Card New Auto Renewal Program

Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to draw your attention to the introduction of Debit Card New Auto Renewal Program which will enable your existing Debit Card to be renewed automatically prior to the Expiry Date and the renewed Debit Card will be delivered directly to your correspondence address. In addition, the card number on your existing Debit Card will be retained and the existing payment PIN is applicable to your renewed Debit Card.
This is a new program which required Debit Card customer to opt-in the Card-Auto Renewal Program follow these steps :
1. Complete the Opt-In Auto Card Renewal Program Request Form, sign and email to BOCM customer service at callcenter@my.bank-of-china.com or submit the physical Opt-In Auto Card Renewal Program Request Form to any nearest branch.
2. Confirm your correspondence address as remain unchanged or you would like to change your correspondence address.
3. If you would like to change your correspondence address, please state in the form.
4. In the event you would like to change your correspondence address and your signature is different from the signature in BOCM's record, you are required to bring your identity card or passport to any nearest servicing branch for verification.
Upon receipt of the completed and duly signed Form, our customer service will contact you to verify the service request.
If you choose to return the hard copy of the completed and duly signed Form to any of our branches, please bring along your identity card or passport for verification purposes.
If you do not wish to opt-in for the Card-Auto Renewal Program, you may visit any nearest BOCM branch for the Debit Card renewal. Please note that a new Debit Card with new card number will be issued to you on the spot.
