Announcement on e-invoicing

Dear Valued Customers,

In response to the implementation of the e-Invoicing by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN), Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad is committed to complying with all established requirements and guidelines by LHDN.

With effective from July 1, 2025, the Bank will issue e-invoices to our customers upon request and issuance of e-invoices are accordance to "statement of account" cycle.

If you require e-invoice, kindly visit our nearest branches to provide us the following information:-

Customer Type Information required
Individual
  • Individual Tax Identification Number ("TIN") or
  • Other relevant information required for e-Invoicing.
Entities (Sole Proprietor, Private Limited, Public Limited, Partnership, Society & Association, etc.)
  • Tax Identification Number ("TIN")
  • Sales and Service Tax Number ("SST")*
  • And other relevant information required for e-Invoicing.
  • *Only applicable if you are SST registered.

The above information will only be used for e-Invoice purposes.
