Supported Mobile Operating System and Web Browser Versions

We wish to inform you that, with effect from December 2026 the Bank’s Mobile Banking App and Internet Banking access will only support the following mobile operating systems (“OS”) and web browser versions:

1. Mobile Operating Systems

·   iOS: Version 16 and above

·   Android: Version 13 and above

2. Web Browsers

·   Google Chrome:  Version 119 and above

·   Microsoft Edge: Version 121 and above

·   Mozilla Firefox: Version 121 and above

·   Opera: Version 113 and above

·   Apple Safari: Version 15 and above

To ensure uninterrupted access to our Mobile Banking App and Internet Banking, we highly recommend that your device’s operating system and web browser are updated to the supported versions listed above.
