iGTB Net Supported Mobile Operating System and Web Browser Versions 

Dear Valued Customer,

We wish to inform you that, with effect from July 2026 the iGTB Net Mobile Banking App and Internet Banking access will only support the following mobile operating systems (“OS”) and web browser versions:

1.    Mobile Operating Systems

·         iOS: Version 16 and above

·         Android: Version 13 and above

2.    Web Browsers

·         Google Chrome:  Version 139 and above

·         Microsoft Edge: Version 142 and above

·         Mozilla Firefox: Version 140 and above

·         Apple Safari: Version 17 and above

To ensure uninterrupted access to our Mobile Banking App and Internet Banking, we highly recommend that your device’s operating system and web browser are updated to the supported versions listed above.
