Contest Period:
1 August 2024 until 6 October 2024 at 11:59PM (Malaysian Time)
Eligibility Criteria:
1. A minimum purchase of RM150 and above (in a single receipt/transaction) at all Lotus’s physical outlets using MyDebit ATM card as the payment method, within the stipulated Contest Period (with a clearly printed transaction slip) will be eligible as a valid entry for this Contest (“Proof of Purchase”).
2. The Participant may send more than ONE (1) entry. Each ONE (1) transaction slip (with a payment of RM150 and above using a MyDebit ATM card as mode of payment) is eligible for ONE (1) entry only and can only be used once. Participants’ entries will be forfeited if the same transaction slip is used for more than ONE (1) time.
3. Entries received beyond the stipulated Contest Period will be deemed invalid and will be forfeited.
4. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate the Contest/Contest Period without prior notice.
5. A Participant who has been selected as a winner (“Winner”) might be required to submit their physical Proof of Purchase before the prize redemption/fulfillment can be completed. Failure to do so would result in the cancellation of the prize(s) won by the Participant.
Campaign Mechanic:
Participants can submit their entries via WhatsApp application OR via Whoop app (downloadable viaPlay Store for Android OR App Store for iOS).
• How to Participate (1): via WhatsApp
· Each valid and complete entry must contain the following information:
i. A photo of the Proof of Purchase (RETAIN: PROOF OF PURCHASE (original)).
ii. Answer the Contest question and provide the participant’s required information.
· Submit your entry via WhatsApp application to 016 703 6588
· Participants will receive a reply message (with information relating to privacy notice, contest question, participant’s required information).
· By submitting entries via WhatsApp, the Participant is deemed to have read and agreed to the privacy notice set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
· Note: Each valid Proof of Purchase RM150 and above (in a single transaction slip) will be assigned ONE (1) serial number per entry (one entry per transaction slip regardless of the amount spent). (Note: serial number is for the Organiser reference/view only and will not be disclosed to the Participant).
• How to Participate (2): via Whoop app (downloadable via Play Store and App Store)
· Register in Whoop App (one-time registration).
· Click on Lotus’s “Win RM100 with MyDebit” contest banner. Each complete and eligible entry must contain the following information:
i. A photo of the Proof of Purchase (RETAIN: PROOF OF PURCHASE (original)).
ii. Answer the Contest question and provide the participant’s required information.
· By submitting entries via Whoop! app, the Participant is deemed to have read and agreed to the privacy notice set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
· Note: Each Proof of valid Purchase RM150 and above (in a single transaction) submitted will be assigned ONE (1) serial number per entry (one entry per transaction slip regardless of the amount spent). (Note: serial number is for the Organiser reference/view only and will not be disclosed to the Participant).
Prize:
1. The daily prize winners will each win a RM100 Lotus’s eVoucher (67 daily winners x 67 days)
· Note: The expiry date for the Lotus’s eVoucher is 20 October 2024. Kindly use the voucher before the expiry date.
2. A total of four thousand four hundred eighty-nine (4489) Contest prizes are available to be won.
3. The Lotus’s eVoucher worth RM100 will be delivered within TWO (2) working days after verification of the Proof of Purchase.
