Wealth Management Product Fees & Charges
Bank of China Malaysia act as third-party distributor for wealth management products to collect Fees and Charges imposed by Fund Houses (UTMC)/Bond Dealer/Custodian Bank listed below:

| Sales Charge | • This is an upfront sales charges directly incurred by investors upon Unit Trust subscription. • Please refer to maximum Sales Charges allow as stated in the Fund’s Prospectus issued by Unit Trust Management Company. . • Effective from 1 Sept 2025 (or such other date as may be determined by the government), Sales Charge applicable to customers for purchase of unit trust fund is subject to 8% Sales and Services Tax. | 
| Annual Management Fee | • The Annual Management Fee is charged to the respective funds, which is not directly incurred by investors. • Please refer to respective Fund’s Prospectus issued by Unit Trust Management Company for detail calculation. | 
| Trustee Fee | • As stated in the Fund’s Prospectus issued by Unit Trust Management Company. • The Trustee Fee is charged to the respective funds, which is not directly incurred by investors. |

| Custodian Fee | • Custodian fee is charge by Custodian Bank appointed by Bond Dealer whom provides custody service on bond paper. • Custodian fee is charge at 0.1% per annum based on bond holding period, accrued on daily basis and due on quarterly basis. • The deduction will be made from upcoming coupon payment, maturity payout and/or settlement amount of Bond Sell order (when applicable). • The formula of the custodian fee is calculated daily as follows: Total nominal value x (0.10/100/12/Number of days in the month). • Effective from 1 Sept 2025 (or such other date as may be determined by the government), custodian fee is subject to 8% Sales and Services Tax. |
