First Time Home Buyer Housing Loan

 

Introduction

First Time Home Buyer Housing Loan helps first time home buyer to obtain up to 110% financing for property with purchase price up to RM300,000.

This is in line with the Government's aspirations of increasing home ownership amongst the "rakyat" (Malaysian).

Eligibility

  • Under-construction or completed residential property with purchase price up to RM300,000

  • Malaysia citizen

  • Malaysian house buyer for the purpose of own occupation

  • Single or joint applicants

  • Gross monthly household income up to RM5,000

  • Salaried worker or self-employed

  • No record of impaired financing for the past 12 months

 
 

Documents Required

For employed individual:

  • Photocopy of NRIC

  • Sales & Purchase Agreement / Booking receipt

  • Latest 3 months' salary slip

  • Latest 6 - 12 months' commission statements (for commission earner)

  • Latest 3 - 12 months' bank statements showing income crediting

  • Latest EPF Statement

  • Certificate on completion of Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) online financial literacy course at AKPK's RumahKu portal at the point of submission for application of all applicant(s)

For self-employed individual:

  • Photocopy of NRIC

  • Sales & Purchase Agreement / Booking receipt

  • Business registration and other valid business certification by relevant authority

  • Latest 6 – 12 months' business bank statements

  • Latest financial account / management account or Profit & Loss statement
  • Certificate on completion of Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) online financial literacy course at AKPK's RumahKu portal at the point of submission for application of all applicant(s)
