Introduction

Telegraphic transfer is the fastest and safest way to transfer your money overseas. The funds will be directly credited into the beneficiary's bank account.

Eligible Applicants

All Malaysian citizens, permanent residents and foreigners aged 18 years and above.

Foreigners must hold valid work permit. 

Application Requirements

  • All BOCM deposit accountholder.
  • To provide supporting document for remittance amount more than MYR25,000 equivalent or upon requested by the Bank.

Information Requirement

Type of T/T Important beneficiary’s information to be furnished
CNY T/T (to Mainland China only)
  • Beneficiary's name and account number
  • Beneficiary Bank's Name and Address
  • Beneficiary Bank's CNAPS number (12-digit)   

Reminder:

Both remitter and the beneficiary must be of the same party (first party payment)
CNY T/T (to non-Mainland China)
  • Beneficiary's name and account number

CNY Pre-settlement Remittance
  • Beneficiary's CNYSavings Account Number
  • Beneficiary's Name & Address 
  • Beneficiary's ID Number (15 or 18-digits)

  • Beneficiary's account number must not be a credit card, fixed deposit or other currency account.
  • The beneficiary must be a China citizen
