Thank you for your continued support to Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad.
Kindly be informed that our Great Wall Prepaid Card (UnionPay CNY Card and MYR Card) have been fully terminated on 17th March 2023.
To ensure that you can enjoy the privileges of our product, you are welcome to convert to UnionPay Debit Card. The refund of the outstanding stored value in your UnionPay Prepaid Card will be continuously be supported until the due date of Unclaimed Moneys.
In light of the aforesaid, for the refund of the outstanding stored value in your UnionPay Prepaid Card, please fill in the relevant Conversion Request Form and return the completed and duly signed Conversion Request Form to any of our branches or by post to the address below :
