The Contest is open to individuals meeting the following criteria:

(a) shop at any Lotus’s outlet (in-store) and / or Lotus’s Shop Online (https://www.lotuss.com.my/en or via the Lotus’s Malaysia mobile app)

(b) must be 18 years old and above, permanent resident in Malaysia or a Malaysian citizen with a valid identification document and with a valid account with any financial institution in Malaysia during the Contest Period (“Participant”);

(c) Participants who have won prizes from any contest or campaigns organized by Lotus’s within the last SIX (6) months prior to this Contest Period are not eligible to win any of the Monthly Prizes in this Contest.

1. A minimum purchase of RM100 and above via Lotus’s outlet (in-store) and / or Lotus’s Shop Online (https://www.lotuss.com.my/en) in a single receipt/transaction, within the stipulated Weekly and Monthly Periods will be eligible for a maximum of 1 (ONE) entry per receipt (“Proof of Purchase”).

2. The Participant may submit more than ONE (1) entry during the Contest Period, but each Participant is limited to only submitting a maximum of THREE (3) entries per day throughout the Contest Period. Each receipt can only be used ONCE. All of the Participant’s entries will be disqualified if the same receipt is used for more than ONE (1) entry.

3. Entries received beyond each stipulated Weekly and Monthly Period will be deemed invalid and will be forfeited. For example, a purchase receipt dated 9 August 2025 (of the Week 2 – Weekly Contest) must be submitted on or before 13 August 2025. The said purchase receipt will no longer be valid for submission in the following week. This submission criteria applies to the Monthly Contest Period as well, please refer to the Contest Period below for your submission:

• Weekly Contest Period – 8 Weeks (“Weekly Period”)

-          Week 1: 31 Jul - 06 Aug 2025

-          Week 2: 07 Aug - 13 Aug 2025

-          Week 3: 14 Aug - 20 Aug 2025

-          Week 4: 21 Aug - 27 Aug 2025

-          Week 5: 28 Aug - 3 Sep 2025

-          Week 6: 04 Sep - 10 Sep 2025

-          Week 7: 11 Sep - 17 Sep 2025

-          Week 8: 18 Sep - 24 Sep 2025

•Monthly Contest Period (“Monthly Period”)

-          Month 1: 31 Jul - 27 Aug 2025

-          Month 2: 28 Aug - 24 Sep 2025

4. The Organiser reserves the right to amend and/or, extend the duration of the Weekly or Monthly Periods or the Contest Period as well as terminate the Contest.

5. The Receipt / Proof of Purchase must be submitted via the method stated below (How to Participate).

• Make a purchase with a minimum of RM100 and above at any Lotus’s outlet (in-store) and / or Lotus’s Shop Online (https://www.lotuss.com.my/en) in a single receipt/transaction.

• Register as a My Lotus’s Member at https://www.lotuss.com.my/en/mylotuss to be eligible to participate, submit your entry (via the “Beli & Menang” widget and stand a chance to win weekly/monthly prizes.

• For an entry to be considered valid, customers must submit their entry by completing the designated form with the following information;

-          Receipt number;

-          Transaction amount;

-          Valid Email address;

-          Indication of payment method via a check box (e.g. MyDebit / DuitNow or other payment methods); and

-          A complete answer to the contest question.

• Entries with incomplete or unclear details or without a completed contest answer will be deemed invalid and disqualified.

• Sample of Receipt and where to find the Receipt Number:

• Participants can triple their chances of winning when making payment using MyDebit card or DuitNow QR at any Lotus’s in-store cashier counter (normal checkout counters only) during the Contest Period.

• Please note that DuitNow is not accepted at Lotus’s self-checkout counters. Therefore, only receipts showing DuitNow as the payment method made at normal checkout counters will qualify for the triple entry benefit.

• Any receipt that does not display "DuitNow" as the payment method will not be eligible for the triple chance bonus.

• Sample of DuitNow / MyDebit receipt:

• Participants are required to provide a valid identification document (Malaysian identification card) during or prior to prize redemption for the Winner verification process.
