Notice on Revision of Fee for Retrieval / Photocopy of Security Documents

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be informed that the Bank is revising its fee for 'Retrieval / Photocopy of Security Documents' for individual loan customers.

The revised fee is as follows:

 Service  Existing Fee  Revised Fee
 Retrieval  / Photocopy of Security Documents    RM25 per document per copy    RM20 per request                

 

The revised fee will take effect from 13 October 2026.
