Announcement on changes of Personal eBanking features/services (Effective 21 June 2024)  

Dear valued customers,

Please be informed that there will changes to Personal eBanking features/services. Kindly refer table below on the changes. This will be applied to all existing and new customers, with effect from 21 June 2024.

BOCnet Internet Banking web browser requirements

 

a. Google Chrome – Version 119 and above

b. Microsoft Edge – Version 119 and above

c. Mozilla Firefox –  Version 115 and above

d. Opera – Version 101 and above

e. Apple Safari – Version 16 and above

Minimum Mobile Operating System requirements

a. iOS – Version 15 and above

b. Android – Version 12 and above

Cooling off period for Internet and Mobile Banking

12 hours cooling off period apply when increase fund transfer limit

Authentication for 1st party transfer (RM10k and above)

Additional authentication with BOC Soft Token/eToken is required for 1st party fund transfer transaction amounting to RM10k and above within Bank of China Malaysia

Forgot Username/Password via Mobile Banking app

For retrieval of Username and reset of password, please ensure you have the email address which is registered with the bank.

DuitNow QR (Domestic) 

 

a. Default limit per transaction  – RM300

b. Maximum limit per transaction – RM3,000

c. Maximum limit per day  – RM9,999
