This Campaign is open to individuals with the following criteria [“Participant”]:

(a) all MyDebit Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”) card members issued by a financial institution in Malaysia or users of DuitNow QR fund transfer service; and

(b) the individual must be a permanent resident in Malaysia or a Malaysian citizen who has a valid identification document during the Campaign Period (defined below);

(c) the Participant must be 18 years old and above and have a valid account with a licensed financial institution in Malaysia; and

(d) the account must not be dormant and must be active with a good financial standing during the Campaign Period.

The Participants must make a minimum purchase of RM15.00 and above in a single transaction receipt at any participating Tealive outlets and making payment with either MyDebit ATM card or DuitNow QR during the Campaign Period to qualify to redeem RM5 off.

Each entry must meet the minimum purchase of RM15 and above and purchase made at participating Tealive outlets only.

1. The Organiser reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the date of this Campaign to a later or alternative date and/or modify the list of participating Tealive outlets for discount redemption, as previously determined, in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

2. The Organizer shall not be liable for any losses or damages which occur during the discount redemption process.

3. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, other items, or voucher in part or in full (if any). The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the advertised discounts with a product or promotion of the same value. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser, its agencies, its affiliates, sponsors and representatives shall not be liable for any damage relating to the claims, liabilities, losses or damages arising out of or in connection with this Campaign.
