Announcement on MyDebit Cross Border Point of Sales (CBPOS) Service Discontinued via NETS in Singapore

Dear Value Customers,

Please be informed that with effective from 10 June 2025, MyDebit Cross Border Point of Sales (CBPOS) Service has been discontinued. From this date onwards, transactions made using MyDebit cards at NETS acceptance points in Singapore will be classified as cross border transactions and routed through respective card scheme network which subject to cross border currency conversion administration fee.
