Please be informed that there will changes to Personal eBanking features/services. Kindly refer table below on the changes. This will be applied to all existing and new customers, with effect from 21 June 2024.

Additional authentication with BOC Soft Token/eToken is required for 1st party fund transfer transaction amounting to RM10k and above within Bank of China Malaysia |

Forgot Username/Password via Mobile Banking app |
For retrieval of Username and reset of password, please ensure you have the email address which is registered with the bank. |
