Whole Tenure @ Standardised Base Rate + 1.10% p.a.* (Effective lending rate @ 4.10% p.a.*)
b) Without purchase of Mortgage Reduction Term Assurance (MRTA) or Mortgage Level Term Assurance (MLTA):
Whole Tenure @ Standardised Base Rate + 1.20% p.a.* (Effective lending rate @ 4.20% p.a.*)
